Scottish Crannogs
When & Where
Event Details
Provan Hall is one of Glasgow's oldest buildings and is a contestant as Glasgow's oldest house (up against Provand's Lordship). The medieval building dates back to 1470s and has just undergone a 6 year renovation. After 6 years of closure, the building is once again open to the public. Provan Hall Community Management Trust is an independent charity which acts as custodian to Provan Hall. We are running a series of talks which celebrates Scotland's rich heritage, in one of the best kept medieval buildings in the country.
We're delighted to welcome Amy Stewart from the Scottish Crannog Centre to present a talk on Scottish Crannogs at Provan Hall.
