For their April lecture, Edinburgh Archaeological Field Society are delighted to welcome Dr Murray Cook, Stirling Council Archaeologist, who will present the latest findings from the best preserved city walls in Scotland. A 'must' for fans of Scottish archaeology and Stirling's rich history.
Murray's enthusiastic and extensive knowledge of and love for the city and its surroundings have recently been recognised by his being given the 'Outstanding Contribution to Stirling' accolade at the city's 2025 Business Awards.
Visitors are very welcome. Enjoy a complimentary cup of tea or coffee while you listen.
Parking is available in St John Road, adjacent to Patersons Land.
